These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, therapist blog, WooCommerce shop, Etsy shop, digital products, physical print-on-demand products, courses, workshops, trainings, and membership program (collectively, “Services” or “Products”).

Nothing on our website creates a therapist–client relationship.

4. Ordering & Payment
- Orders may be placed through our WooCommerce store, Etsy shop, or third-party course platforms.
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
- We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Moonheart Media LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
5. Digital Product Delivery
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by email filters or user error.
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via link, email, WooCommerce digital library, Etsy digital files, or platform login (for courses).
Customers are responsible for ensuring their email address is entered correctly.
6. Shipping for Physical Products
Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or natural disruptions are outside our control.
Print-on-demand items are shipped directly from our production partners (e.g., Printify).
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Once an item is shipped, we cannot modify the order.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Because we sell both digital and physical goods, our refund policy differs by product category:
Digital Downloads (Books, Worksheets, Tools, PDFs, Templates):
All digital product sales are final.
Because the items are instantly delivered, no refunds or exchanges are offered.
Courses, Trainings, Webinars, Workshops:
- Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales are final.
- No refunds for missed sessions or expired access.
- Some workshops may have a cancellation window; if so, it will be stated during registration.
Membership Program (when launched):
- Billed monthly or annually.
- You may cancel at any time, but previous charges are non-refundable.
- Access ends at the end of the current paid period.
Print-on-Demand Physical Products (Apparel, Gifts, Keepsakes):
We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays.
Refunds are only provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license only.
You can purchase a Single Product Commercial License here to redistribute up to 500 copies of a purchased product. NOTE: One license per product.
9. No Mental Health or Medical Advice
Creative Therapy Ideas provides educational resources, not clinical services.
Our content is not intended to:
- diagnose
- treat
- prevent
- replace professional mental health care
Purchasing or interacting with our products does not create a therapeutic relationship.
If you need mental health support, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
10. Account Responsibility
Some services require an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login details
- Not share course or membership access with others
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Third-Party Platforms
We operate on:

- Third-party course platforms
- Print providers
Those platforms have their own terms, which you must follow.
We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy enforcement on third-party sites.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moonheart Media LLC is not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- loss of data
- delays or errors beyond our control
- misuse of any product
- reliance on educational materials

Refund & Returns Policy
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
Our shop refund and returns policy includes a 30 day return window from the date of purchase for physical products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, your purchase is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
EXCEPTIONS:
Several product types are ineligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. from being returned.
These product types include:
- Gift cards
- Digital products and downloads
- Perishable products
To process a return, exchange, or refund, please email info@creativetherapyideas.com and include your name and order name in the email, as well as the reason for your request.
Refunds
Once your product is returned, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the requirements for a refund. (e.g. it is not damaged, used, or missing parts)
If your refund is approved, you will be notified via email and the refund it will be processed. The funds will be returned via your original method of payment, within approximately 7-10 days.
ISSUES WITH REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within 7-10 days, please email info@creativetherapyideas.com.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING ISSUES
The Creative Therapy Ideas Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit and therefore not able to issue refunds or free replacements. Nonetheless, should you encounter any issues the shipping provider, you can contact us for support. Email info@creativetherapyideas.com to let us know what your concerns are and we will do everything in our power to remedy the situation.
Shipping returns
To return your product, email info@creativetherapyideas.com for instructions on where to ship your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
